Plot (no spoilers)
Kang Ji-won has spent years swallowing her complaints. Her husband, Park Min-hwan, is lazy and thinks only of himself, her in-laws treat her like free help, and her office job at U&K Food drains whatever energy she has left. When she falls seriously ill, the one person who still seems to care is her best friend, Jeong Su-min. Then one day Ji-won catches the two of them together. The confrontation goes terribly wrong, and her story seems to end right there.
Instead, she opens her eyes in 2013, ten years in the past, sitting at her old desk with every memory intact. She soon learns a hard rule of this second chance: the bad fate meant for her doesn't disappear, it has to land on someone else. So Ji-won makes a bold plan. If Su-min wanted her husband so badly, she can have him, and this time Ji-won will push them toward the altar herself. She isn't alone. Yoo Ji-hyuk, the manager of her team, keeps appearing exactly when she is cornered, as if he knows more than he says. There is also Baek Eun-ho, an old high school classmate who is now a popular chef. What starts as payback slowly becomes something bigger: learning to stop enduring and to choose her own happiness.
Characters and their Saju
Kang Ji-won 강지원
Park Min-young · Yin Wood · The Climbing Vine
Ji-won is a woman who learned to put up with everything: a careless husband, demanding in-laws and an exhausting job. Waking up ten years in the past turns that habit upside down. With her old memories as a map, she stops apologizing for taking up space and starts changing her fate, one decision at a time.
If Ji-won had a Saju card, it would be Yin Wood · The Climbing Vine: bent for years under other people's weight, but never broken. Give her a single wall to hold onto and she climbs past everyone who once stepped on her, quietly, green and unstoppable.
Yoo Ji-hyuk 유지혁
Na In-woo · Yang Wood · The Great Tree
Ji-hyuk is the manager of Ji-won's marketing team at U&K Food: calm, capable and hard to read. He has a way of showing up right when she is cornered, and he backs her plan without asking for much in return. His feelings for her run much deeper than he lets show at first.
If Ji-hyuk had a Saju card, it would be Yang Wood · The Great Tree: tall, steady and rooted long before the storm arrives. He doesn't chase the spotlight. He simply stands where someone needs shelter, and keeps standing there until she is ready to rest.
Park Min-hwan 박민환
Lee Yi-kyung · Yang Fire · The Sun
Min-hwan is Ji-won's husband in her first life and an assistant manager on the same marketing team. He thinks of himself first, second and third, and expects everyone around him to clean up his messes. In the new timeline, he has no idea the script has been rewritten around him.
If Min-hwan had a Saju card, it would be Yang Fire · The Sun, convinced the whole world orbits around him. The trouble is he gives off glare, not warmth. In Saju, a sun like that needs solid Earth to ground it and a few honest clouds to cool it down.
Jeong Su-min 정수민
Song Ha-yoon · Yin Water · The Rain
Su-min calls herself Ji-won's best friend, but she has always wanted whatever Ji-won has. Sweet in public and calculating in private, she knows exactly how to play the victim. When Ji-won's new plan hands her the very husband she once took, she gets much more than she bargained for.
If Su-min had a Saju card, it would be Yin Water · The Rain: soft, quiet and able to seep into every crack. Rain can feed a garden or slowly rot the beams of a house. In Saju, this water shines only when it stops copying other streams and finds its own course.
Baek Eun-ho 백은호
Lee Gi-kwang · Yin Fire · The Candle
Eun-ho was Ji-won's classmate in high school and has become a popular chef. He shares a piece of the past with both Ji-won and Su-min, which makes him a link to the years before everything went wrong. Warm and easygoing, he brings a lighter note to a story full of schemes.
If Eun-ho had a Saju card, it would be Yin Fire · The Candle: a small, steady flame that cooks, warms and lights a room without making noise. He doesn't burn anyone. He just reminds people what simple kindness used to taste like.

Why so many people fell for it
Marry My Husband is pure catharsis: every time someone who hurt Ji-won walks into a trap of their own making, it's hard not to cheer. Under the revenge plot there is a gentler story about a woman learning to put herself first. In Latin America it streamed on Prime Video as "Cásate con mi esposo", and in Brazil as "A Esposa do Meu Marido". Its ratings more than doubled during the run, from about 5.2% on premiere to almost 12% in the finale.
